What I Build
Yellow House Digital builds custom AI tools for marketing and creative agencies - and websites with the same thinking built in.
In practice: custom AI tools, MCP servers and the APIs underneath them - usually where the SaaS teams find me - websites and applications, automations, research instruments. I publish how I work, so you can check the methods before you pay.
The work
Custom AI tools for agencies
Lead screening, research instruments, automations, internal tools that fit how your team already works. This is where I spend most of my time.

The plug that lets AI assistants use your product's data safely - and the APIs underneath it. I run production MCP servers every day; ask me to show you one working.

Sites that machines can read and humans enjoy - and web applications with AI where it actually helps. Much of my work starts here.

Not everything needs building.
AI-readability audit
Sometimes you need to know what the machines see. Can ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity actually read your website? Seven checks, most fixes done in an afternoon. You'd be surprised how many good-looking sites fail.

Sometimes the hard part is deciding, not building: what to build, what to ignore, what to test first, and what good enough looks like right now. I help you make those calls - no build required.
Talk to meI measure what the AIs actually say
Once a month, an instrument I built asks ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity the questions agency buyers actually ask - every question twice, every answer stored verbatim. It is why the AI-visibility work here - the audit, the checklist, the guides - comes from measurement, not guesswork. The findings publish open in Writing - the first run is here - no gate, as always. If you want to know what the assistants say about your niche before your competitors ask - that is a conversation.
Indie builds
Between client work I build small tools constantly - a measurement instrument, a content calendar that posts to X and LinkedIn, a tool that turns podcasts into searchable notes. Each one solves a problem I kept hitting or taught me a technique by building something real - and all of them run in production, for me. If one sounds relevant to your agency, ask - I will show it working.

Before you hire anyone - including me
How to choose an AI development partner: what to look for, what to demand in the deal, and the red flags that predict a wasted budget. I wrote it because I've seen both sides.
