The work varies. The pattern does not: define the problem, build the smallest useful version, and own the result through delivery.
Turning expertise into technology
Some of the most valuable software starts with knowledge that already exists inside a business - a methodology, decision process, framework, dataset or way of working.
Turning a coaching methodology into software
LiveWhat it is
ClockWork League's methodology started as expert-led coaching. I turned that framework into MainSpring, the platform the first cohort runs its 90-day program on: sequenced content that unlocks with progress, a live coach dashboard, and an intelligence layer that distills every call into themes with sourced quotes.
Problem
Coaching IP usually lives in decks and docs. Making it measurable takes real software.

- •Live coach dashboard replacing the spreadsheet-and-calls workflow

Turning lead qualification into a repeatable intelligence system
LiveWhat it is
A lead-screening process turned into a production system that researches prospects, scores fit and opportunity, and produces cited intelligence.
Problem
Qualifying leads well takes hours per company. Teams either skip it or drown in it.

What I shipped
- •Two-pass scoring: a fast pass on every lead, deep enrichment only where it counts
- •Deterministic by design: the model judges, the code computes - scoring math never runs in the LLM
- •Intelligence cards with fit signals, red flags and conversation openers
- •Pipeline board whose outcomes feed back into rubric calibration, humans approving every change

LiveWhat it is
An AI SaaS that turns X bookmarks into a searchable library you can ask questions. Designed and built end-to-end, including ingestion, search, AI categorization, subscription infrastructure and a production remote MCP server.
Problem
X native bookmarks are hard to reuse at scale: no real organization, weak retrieval, and endless scrolling. Valuable saved content gets buried and effectively lost.

A content pattern intelligence tool for founders and creators building on X and LinkedIn.
Problem
Most content tools are either generic AI writers or disconnected analytics dashboards. Neither helps you build a smarter system over time. Creators post consistently and stay invisible because they have no feedback loop connecting what they publish to what they should do next.
