Selected Work

Platforms and tools I've built since early 2025 - AI products, client deliveries, and my own ventures.

AI Platforms & Products

AI-powered products and platforms - some live, some still in the workshop.

AI Screening Platform

Live

What it is

An AI lead-evaluation platform that scores prospects against a weighted, versioned fit rubric, enriches the promising ones with deep web research, and tracks the pipeline through to outcomes.

Problem

Qualifying leads well takes hours of manual research per company. Most teams either skip it or drown in it.

My role

Co-founder, Product & Engineering

What I shipped

  • Two-pass scoring: a fast first pass on every lead, deep AI enrichment only where it counts
  • Deterministic by design: the model judges, the code computes - all scoring math and thresholds run in code, never in the LLM
  • Research-backed intelligence cards with fit signals, red flags, and personalized conversation openers
  • Pipeline board with outcome tracking that feeds back into rubric calibration, with humans approving every change

Built as internal tooling for ClockWork League, delivered as a working product. Screenshots anonymized.

BookmarksIQ

Live

What it is

A web app that turns X/Twitter bookmarks into a searchable, organized personal knowledge library.

Problem

X native bookmarks are hard to reuse at scale: no real organization, weak retrieval, and endless scrolling. Valuable saved content gets buried and effectively lost.

My role

Founder, Ideation, Product & Engineering

What I shipped

  • One-click bookmark import via browser extension + CSV fallback
  • AI auto-categorization across a 60+ category system
  • AI Deep Search (RAG) with natural-language querying of saved bookmarks
  • Vision AI book detection from tweet images + reading-list enrichment

MainSpring Coaching Platform

Live

What it is

The MainSpring classroom platform behind ClockWork League's 90-day coaching sprints - a program engine that turns a coaching methodology into structured, measurable software instead of decks and one-off calls.

Problem

Coaching IP usually lives in decks and docs. Turning a methodology into a measurable, repeatable product takes real software.

My role

Co-founder, Product & Engineering

What I shipped

  • Sequenced program engine: videos, worksheets, and guided flows that unlock as participants progress
  • Live coach dashboard replacing the spreadsheet-and-calls workflow
  • AI call analysis: buyer-call recordings transcribed and distilled into a theme grid with sourced quotes, so coaches review minutes of synthesis instead of hours of audio
  • In-context coaching assists grounded in each participant's own work, not generic prompts

PattrIQ

In development

What it is

A content pattern intelligence tool for founders and creators building on X and LinkedIn.

Problem

Most content tools are either generic AI writers or disconnected analytics dashboards. Neither helps you build a smarter system over time. Creators post consistently and stay invisible because they have no feedback loop connecting what they publish to what they should do next.

My role

Founder, Ideation, Product & Engineering

What I'll ship

  • Post import and AI-powered pattern detection
  • Feedback loop: log real post outcomes, get depth vs. reach analysis
  • Auto-generated strategy, idea bank, and 7/30-entry content plan
  • Platform-native draft generation (X and LinkedIn) matched to your voice
  • Self-learning engine that improves recommendations across projects
  • Credit-based SaaS with Stripe billing, admin panel, and GDPR compliance

Capability spotlight

APIs & MCP Servers

Beneath every good platform sits an API layer. I design, build, and run production APIs - like the REST API behind a cultural events platform and the backend powering Yucatán Deals - and the newest layer on top: remote MCP servers, the protocol that lets AI assistants like Claude securely work with live systems and data. Five run in production today. One is a product feature - BookmarksIQ, giving users' AI assistants authenticated access to their own bookmark intelligence. The other four are the servers I run my own operation through: Content Calendar for content planning, SCREEN-lite for lead screening, RecoLog for AI-visibility measurement, and Earshot for my searchable library of transcribed talks. All private or account-gated, because they touch real data - which is rather the point.

  • REST APIs designed for real consumers: versioned, documented, predictable
  • Full OAuth authentication with per-user data isolation
  • Rate limiting, token encryption, and hardened endpoints
  • Live in production, connected to real users and real data

If you want your product or data usable by other systems - or by AI assistants, the newest and rarest piece of that puzzle - I have shipped both, more than once.

Client Work

End-to-end websites and platforms built for clients.

ClockWork League

Live

What it is

A coaching program for 7-figure agency owners who's growth has stalled.

Problem

Agency owners at $1M+ hit a ceiling where growth depends on founder heroics instead of systems. Pipeline swings, delivery chaos, and thin margins keep them trapped in the day-to-day rather than building the business.

My role

Co-founder

What I shipped

  • Program site and enrollment infrastructure (application flow, qualification logic, plan selection)
  • Free lead-generation tools: Agency Audit, ICP Snapshot, LinkedIn Profile Optimizer, LinkedIn Portrait Creator
  • AI pipeline for tool outputs - LLM integration, PDF generation, and automated email delivery
  • SQLite-backed data layer for submissions, leads, and newsletter subscribers

Alan Futterman

Live

What it is

Professional site for Alan Futterman, Artistic and Music Director at the Bremerton WestSound Symphony

Problem

Alan Futterman needed an online presence that reflects professionalism and showcases career highlights.

My role

End-to-end product delivery

What I shipped

  • Desktop and mobile website
  • Image optimization
  • Clean, elegant design

KUNNA

Launching soon

What it is

A clean real-estate platform for a Mérida realtor, with listings, a blog, and an Explora Yucatán magazine - all editable from a CMS.

Problem

Realtors here rely on portals and WhatsApp; a credible personal site sets listings apart.

My role

End-to-end design & build

What I'll ship

  • CMS-managed listings, blog, and magazine
  • Listings presentation
  • Direct WhatsApp contact flow

MarCost de México

Live

What it is

Mission-led coastal restoration platform

Problem

The company needed to communicate its expertise and build partnerships for nature-based restoration solutions.

My role

End-to-end product delivery

What I shipped

  • Project showcase and case studies
  • Partnership inquiry system
  • Custom content management system
  • Bilingual content structure

Sjenkie's Workshop

Live

What it is

A collection of 16 free, focused AI tools - built to show what small, well-scoped AI can do.

Problem

Most teams' first AI tool shouldn't cost thousands. Small proofs build understanding faster.

My role

Founder, Ideation, Product & Engineering

What I shipped

  • 16 published GPT tools including the Scope Creep Extractor and Website Project Scope Checker
  • Custom fixed-scope tools built on request

Marketplaces & Ventures

Marketplaces and platforms I built and run.

Yucatán Deals

Live

What it is

A platform with exclusive local deals for restaurants, spas, tours, and more.

Problem

Expats and locals struggle to find relevant deals, events, and local recommendations in one place.

My role

Co-founder, Product & Engineering

What I shipped

  • Multilingual deals platform
  • Back office for businesses and administrators
  • Integrated payment system
  • Analytics dashboard for business partners
  • Technical infrastructure ready to scale

Vendo Mis Juguetes

Live

What it is

Family marketplace. A friendly, free way to sell toys, books, games, and more.

Problem

Many families want an easy, parent-supervised way for children to sell used items locally. Without using social media or messaging groups. This site gives children a sense of initiative while keeping parents fully in control.

My role

Founder, Ideation, Product & Engineering

What I shipped

  • Free listing site for families in Mérida, Mexico
  • Easy listing system
  • Back office for listing curation
  • Bilingual content structure

Indie builds

Products built for my own use - private, self-hosted, running in production on my own servers and my own data. Each one exists for a reason: a problem I kept hitting, a need nothing off the shelf covered, or a technique I wanted to learn by building something real. The new techniques get proven here first - not on client work. None are for sale, but I will show any of them working.

SCREEN-lite

SCREEN-lite is a lead research tool - tuned to my own ICP - that turns a name and a URL into a deep, cited intelligence report in about a minute. It reads what an agency publishes about itself - its sitemap, its about and team pages, its llms.txt if it has one - alongside directories and press, fetching every source in parallel rather than one at a time. Each lead is scored on two axes, fit and opportunity, with the specific AI builds worth pitching, ready-made conversation openers, and a Six Gates of Trust board to walk each lead from first comment to first engagement.

RecoLog

RecoLog is a visibility tracker that turns a frozen panel of buyer and practitioner questions into a monthly record of how ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity actually answer them - organised into versioned runs with every raw answer archived, showing who gets named, who gets cited, whether my own name ever surfaces, and what moved since last month.

Content Calendar

Content Calendar is a publishing tool that turns scattered ideas into a consistent LinkedIn and X presence - organised into content lanes and a weekly cadence, with optional AI drafting in my own voice, calendar and week views, and direct auto-publishing to both platforms.

Earshot

Earshot is a listening tool that turns podcasts, YouTube videos, and audiobooks into a searchable, transcribed personal library - organised into folders and ebooks, with word-accurate transcripts I can read, search by meaning, and bookmark by timestamp, plus AI summaries, topic matching, and taste-based recommendations.

DailyIssue

DailyIssue is a newsletter reader that turns the subscriptions flooding my Gmail and Outlook inboxes into one curated daily magazine - an AI editor ranks the day's best items against my own topic preferences, merges duplicate coverage, and writes an opening note plus a why-it-matters for every story, then pings me on Telegram the moment the issue is ready in its swipeable mobile reader.

Clipmaker

Clipmaker is a video tool that turns long-form recordings like webinars and podcasts into ready-to-post clips - with AI-picked moments and hooks, word-by-word karaoke captions that auto-translate, a frame-accurate tuner, and B-roll and audiogram support - all transcribed and rendered in parallel on my own GPU, output social-ready in 9:16 with my logos, intros, and outros.

EPUB2Voice

EPUB2Voice is an audiobook studio that turns DRM-free EPUB ebooks into fully narrated audiobooks - using local AI voice models (Kokoro, Qwen3-TTS, or my own cloned voice via Chatterbox) or ElevenLabs in the cloud - organised per book and chapter, with voice previews, a generation queue, adjustable narration speed, and one-click MP3 export for listening in any audiobook app on my phone.

MyAwesomeMixtape

MyAwesomeMixtape is a music player that turns DJ mixes and live sets from YouTube, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, or my own audio and video files into an offline-ready personal library - organised into crates, with automatic BPM detection, volume levelling, tracklists, and waveform scrubbing.

ListSpace

ListSpace is a Trello-style personal workspace that turns scattered ideas, to-dos and scribbles into organised projects - structured as boards, lists and cards, with drag-and-drop everywhere, checklists, labels, attachments, custom backgrounds, and one-click Trello import.

Originally built for a 2025 hackathon - currently in beta while I find time to polish it.
