Do I work directly with you?

Yes. You work directly with me from start to finish. I handle concept, design, development, and delivery, including infrastructure, domains, and hosting when needed.

What do you deliver, exactly?

A working product that's ready to run. Depending on the project, that includes concept, UX/UI, full build, deployment, and setup for domains, hosting, and infrastructure, with clear next steps.

What's a typical timeline?

It depends on scope. Many MVPs can land in weeks, not months. After a short kickoff, I'll propose a clear plan with steps and timing.

Do you do fixed price or retainer?

Both. Fixed scope works well when the outcome is clearly defined. Retainers fit projects that need ongoing iteration and steady progress. For larger builds, the validation slice is a fairer first step than a big fixed quote.

Do you take over existing projects?

Not as a service. I don't step into someone else's codebase to maintain or improve it. If you're early and need direction, I can advise, and in select cases I can discuss a rebuild if there's a strong reason.

Who I Am

My name is Jordi. With over 25 years of experience building platforms for global brands and local businesses, I've gained experience across diverse industries and markets.

I've co-founded and run an Amsterdam-based digital agency, led international teams, and delivered work recognized with awards such as the Cannes Lion, D&AD, Webby, and Lovie.
